MANUFACTURING ENGINEER / NEW HOLSTEIN, WI
M-B Companies, Inc., a leading manufacturer of surface maintenance equipment, is searching for a qualified Manufacturing Engineer for our New Holstein, WI facility.
Essential job functions for this position include: develops and implements cost reduction measures; develops and designs jigs and fixtures to improve production, safety, quality, and output; develops and create procedures to improve safety, quality, and output; works with maintenance to ensure all equipment is working at optimum performance; monitors plant utilities and find ways for cost savings; performs any machine programming as required; oversee production routings and makes necessary changes to improve production time; improves data collection processes; coordinates and improve shop layout flow and processes; works with Engineering to improve manufacturability in new designs.
Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering and/or 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication (verbal and written), computer, and organizational skills. Pro-E experience is a plus.
ASRP SALES MANAGER / CHILTON, WI
M-B Companies, an industry-leading manufacturer of custom built mobile equipment, has immediate openings to join our Team.
Responsibilities included promoting, marketing, and selling M-B products to worldwide airports. Tasks include visiting and building relationships with all airports and related buying agencies; maintain pricing and product information, attending tradeshows, writing specifications, and overall sales management. Some hands on equipment installation, training, and service required.
Excellent mechanical aptitude including engines and hydraulics, written and verbal communication skills and extensive world travel required. Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc), organization, detail oriented , and hands on capability a must. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, enjoys travel and people, have the ability to meet and deal with people of various management levels and ethnic backgrounds, and have current passport.
MECHANICAL DESIGNER / CHILTON, WI
M-B Companies, an industry-leading manufacturer of custom built mobile equipment, has an immediate opening to join our Team - Responsibilities include design of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems consisting of calculations, layouts, detail and procurement from vendors. Creating BOM’s and work orders for manufacturing also required.
Requirements include a minimum two year technical design degree. Must have Pro-E or other 3-D solid modeling experience, and two years industry experience. Entry level need not apply. Experience with hydraulic systems a plus.
