MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN-1ST SHIFT-CHILTON, WI
M-B Companies, Inc., an industry-leading manufacturer of custom mobile equipment, has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician to join our team.
The responsibilities for this position include: trouble shooting and repair of production equipment, building repairs, being a leader in safe work practices, preventative maintenance of all equipment, maintaining critical parts inventory, trouble shooting vehicles and forklifts, and managing maintenance related projects.
Millwright certification or relevant experienced preferred. Must be able to perform electrical maintenance, CNC troubleshooting, plumbing, safe operation and repair of all hand tools, power tools, forklifts and MIG welders. Candidate must also have basic computer skills and a valid driver's license. Crane operation and maintenance a plus!
SERVICE TECHNICIAN-CHILTON, WI

Essential functions include:Responsibilities are very broad and include, equipment installation, training, field servicing of the equipment, and R&D project involvement. Excellent mechanical aptitude including engines and hydraulics, written and verbal communication skills and extensive world wide travel required. Computer literacy (Word, Excel, etc), organization, and hands on capability a must. Fluent in speaking and writing French Canadian and/or Chinese Mandarin a plus.
The ideal candidate will have experience (minimum of 5 years) in the heavy equipment field, enjoys travel, people, and hands on work.
MACHINIST-(1)-2ND SHIFT-CHILTON, WI

Essential functions include: Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and set up requirements, Measures, marks, and scribes dimensions and reference points on material or work piece as guides for subsequent machining, Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as mills, lathes, jig borers, grinders, and shapers, Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut, or enters commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media, Sets up and operates machine on trial run to verify accuracy of machine settings or programmed control data, Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjust machine controls or control media as required, Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications, Confers with supervisor to resolve machining problems, Enters information into established computer system, production records, logs, time clock, and other forms, Other duties not included on this job description may be assigned.
Requirements: High School diploma required. Previous machinist experience in a manufacturing environment desired.
MECHANICAL ENGINEERS (1)CHILTON, WI

Essential functions include: product development , design of mechanical and hydraulic systems, product and manufacturing support.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Engineering plus 5-7 years of hands-on experience with hydraulic systems, sheet metal, welding and electronics. Knowledge of Pro-E a plus.
MECHANICAL ASSEMBLERS (2)-1st Shift/MONTGOMERY, PA
M-B Companies, Inc., an industry-leading manufacturer of Pavement Marking Equipment in Montgomery, PA, is seeking experienced Mechanical Assemblers for our Pavement Marking Division. Essential functions include: mechanical assembly and sub-assemblies for Pavement Marking Equipment. Individuals will be using blueprints and/or schematics to determine proper assembly of equipment. This will require the use of various hand and power tools.
Ideal candidates will have previous hands-on Mechanical Assembly experience within a manufacturing environment, knowledge of hydraulics, blueprints and schematics.
ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN (1)/ CHILTON, WI
